Q-Classic not downloading NFCU
- Problem started after 10Jul24. Quicken fails to populate data downloaded from NFCU after NFCU alerts me the accounts have been linked.
- Connected to NFCU online, downloaded CSV and QFX - Quicken fails to import both CSV or QFX file after manually downloading from NFCU. I get a Quicken popup error to report the issue. Which I have several times with no response.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. Sending in one or more Help / Report a Problem reports does not give you instant service. You need to follow up with a phone call or chat to Support.
