PayPal Credit does not update

I have not been able to get transactions downloaded from PayPal Credit since May 9, 2024. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the previous discussions to no avail. I have tried to manually import the transactions and either nothing happens or I get an OL-221-A or OL-221-B error message.
