Chase transactions aren't downloading to Quicken 2023

I'm trying to reconcile my accounts in Quicken but need to download Chase transactions. Please help. Thanks

    Is your Quicken subscription still active?

    What time period are you trying to download from the bank: transactions dated within the last 90 days? Older transactions (and what date range)?

    What exactly do you need help with? Or, in other words, when yo try to download, what problems are you running into?
