after the most recent quicken update on , Northwestern Mutual investments is unable to download . an account deactivate did not work, says error ol 297.

    The error is on NM's end, per a conversation with tech support. Multiple unsuccessful attempt to update data to your financial program will result in a lock out of your account. Web support will assist in unlocking.
