I am facing two recurring issues that seem perfectly intractable. When I attempt to sign in to the bank to download transactions, I get a spinning wheel that sometimes lasts up to two minutes before it accesses the bank.
The second issue is that Quicken Classic will not remember memorized transactions/payees. Repeatedly when I try to use them I find that the split has simply been forgotten.
I am using the latest version of Quicken classic for Windows. I access the bank over a VPN. I have tried verifying and super verifying the data file. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Twice.
