Why is Quicken hanging on "Optimizing and Executing Files" during update?

This has been going on for a long time now, and you are not doing anything to fix this. I have been sitting here for 25 minutes staring at this screen. Normally I just cancel the update so I don't have to go through this, but it should work properly.
I pay for this software. Fix this!

This is a user forum. If you need help from Quicken to "fix this", you should contact Quicken Support. However, my first troubleshooting step would be to restart your system and try the update again.
