How is a tag removed from an investment transaction?

Question

I have added a tag to a Withdraw investment transaction by appending a tag name after the category in the category field of the transaction detail.

The transaction shows up correctly on the Spending by Tag report.

However, I want to remove the tag from the transaction.

How can this be accomplished since the investment transaction detail does not show the tag in the Category field?

I've tried entering "/ " (includes a space suffix) after the category in the field but that did not remove the tag.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.  The investment description field in the register needed to be widened to show category and tag.  I could edit the tag at that point. However, the tag does not display in the transaction detail. It only displays in the register and only when the transaction is selected.
