Income and Expense Card Bank Account to Brokerage Account

I have a monthly deposit from my checking account into my brokerage account using the transfer category. The Dashboard Card treats it as an expense (according to documentation, this is not supposed to happen) and can find no way to change that. I can change it in a saved income and expense report but not being able to do the same renders the Income and Expense Card useless, and thus I hide it from by Dashboard. Would be nice to have the same filter options on the custom income and expense report available on the income and expense dashboard card. Then the card would be useful.
