Quicken always Use Average Price upon sale

Question

When I sell a stock, quicken always asks me if it should use average price or should use first in first out.

I would like to know if there is a way to always have quicken use average price by default and not prompt me for the method.

Try going to preferences, downloaded transactions and pick an option there for assigning lots. Can't say for sure that that will do what you want, but I know of no other options.
