Help! - How to restore connection between my QDF file and my Quicken ID?

Hi,

I've run for years a windows Quicken program on a Windows 10 virtual machine on my MAC, based on Intel processor.
Now I bought a new MAC, based on Apple M3 and had to move on UTM virtual machine, where only Windows 11 can be loaded.

Said this, I've installed a new Quicken program and tried to open my QDF file, stored on Dropbox. At first it opened, but said there was something wrong with my Quicken ID (subscription renewal is today…), and asked me to disconnect my file from the ID.
Since then, I was totally unable to use Quicken. Even trying to create a new file doesn't work. No way to restore a backup.

Launching Quicken, it happens:
1) shows for a short while, less than a second, my data, then…
2) push me out and remains as the enclosed screenshot shows
3) it only allows to open a Quicken file, thus returning to point 1)…

What can I do? All tutorials are based on actions to do on "internal" Quicken menu, but I cannot access!!

I've already reinstalled the program three times, without any result.

Please help. I need to recover my data…🙏

    Hi,

    you can close this topic.

This morning, further showing the blank screen, the sign in window appeared.
I guess it happened because yesterday it was the due date of my renewal.
Nevertheless its is very poor that Quicken didn't think to show an advice, causing troubles and waist of time to search for a solution.

    Very bad indeed!
