My mistake. <Quicken Classic (Version R59.6) crashes when going to Help-About Quicken>

Running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2
When I am running Quicken. If I click on Help, then About Quicken. It shows the correct information, but then you cannot get out of it. Clicking on the X at the right top corner shuts off the "About Quicken" screen, but leaves the X and the rest of the screen grayed out.
Tried this on a newly created blank Quicken file. Still the same. Needs Task manager to shut down Quicken.
Tried to use "Help-Report a problem". After clicking "Send to Quicken", It is stuck at "Report a problem to Quicken" screen with the rest of the screen grayed out and no way to get out. However, if you do not click "Send to Quicken", and just click the X, it is OK.

Not having this issue and on Windows Pro Version 23H2:

Try pressing the Esc key to dismiss the About Quicken dialog.
