I have 3 PNC accounts. For 2 of them, transactions are not downloading. I do not get any error messages- it appears the update is processed correctly. However, the transactions are not downloaded. I have contacted Quicken 4 times without a resolution. The support calls last for hours! The problem is acknowledged but no timeline for a fix is provided. This has been going on for more than 6 weeks. I am a 30+ year Quicken user. This is extremely frustrating as Quicken is fulfilling its intended use.
