PNC not downloading transactions
I have 3 PNC accounts. For 2 of them, transactions are not downloading. I do not get any error messages- it appears the update is processed correctly. However, the transactions are not downloaded. I have contacted Quicken 4 times without a resolution. The support calls last for hours! The problem is acknowledged but no timeline for a fix is provided. This has been going on for more than 6 weeks. I am a 30+ year Quicken user. This is extremely frustrating as Quicken is fulfilling its intended use.

Same here…. This issue has been "ongoing" since July without a resolution. Sporadically, the One step update doesn't capture all the transactions and randomly omits 1 or more without reason or consistency. I'm a long term Quicken user and highly disappointed about the speed of any resolution.

I would appreciate a commitment from Quicken that this issue is a priority to be fixed since it has been an ongoing issue for so long!
