I didn't get transactions from discover bank and tried resetting account and now discover bank fails

I cannot update after trying to reset and I cannot add an account to Quicken. The add account process works until it searches for my accounts, then opens a window for sending a code from Discover Bank and a code is NEVER RECEIVED. Where is it sending the code? I contacted Discover Bank and they say the issue is on Quicken's end.

Quicken doesn't have a solution. Discover claims that they are discontinuing relationship with Quicken and QuickBooks. Hopefully someone comes up with a solution other than using Excel.
