Vanguard number of shares incorrect download

For several weeks Quicken has repeatedly reported a discrepancy in the number of shares in one security, but in only one brokerage account, when I update my account. The same security is also held in other accounts & is reported correctly. The number of shares listed in Quicken is the same as the number of shares according to my statement, the download is incorrect. There is no error message code, Quicken merely notes the discrepancy. Is this a Quicken error or a Vanguard error?
