Update Windows Doesn't Show Current Release Notes

When Updating the Canadian Version of Quicken Classic, the Update Window that is supposed to display the release notes, does NOT show Current release notes; instead, the Update Window shows Release Notes from significantly older releases. This is illustrated in the screen shot pasted below. It advises me that Update will update my version from R58.9 to R59.9, but the most current release notes displayed are for R54.17????

Moderators please advise the development team of this BUG.

Just curious, did it update smoothly to R59.9 in spite of the buggy Release Notes display? Thanks..
