Capital One Downloads Gives 501 Error 10-03-24

This started October 3, 2024. I decided to give it 24 hours but still shows an error. Now it's going on 3-days and is still an error. I've tried several times. Not sure what to do. I saw many issues with Capital One but my error is the CC-501 Error as shown below.
