Has anyone tried using an Elgato Stream Deck with Quicken Windows

If you are unaware, essentially the Stream Deck is a means to enter keyboard shortcuts aka Hot Keys. I program a button with a keyboard Shortcut. In Quicken for example CRTL+R for reconcile, CRTL-Y for the security list.

While these shortcuts work fine when I use the keyboard, they do not appear to work with the Stream Deck. I should note that in fours years this has not been an issue with another program like MS Word, MS Excel, Chrome, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.

It would be great if you can figure out the issue.
