Cannot add HSBC as ebiller

All of my HSBC accounts are updating fine, but I am having trouble adding HSBC as an ebiller. Quicken asks for user name, password, and memorable answer. I provide the user name and password and the answer to the security question as the memorable answer. A few hours later Quicken says I need to fix the login.

    Alvaro from Quicken support says the problem is with all HSBC ebill connections and can only be fixed by HSBC. He also says Quicken cannot provide an alert to notify us of the problem. Even though Quicken will do nothing, he opened ticket 11327221 to report the issue.

    Alvaro's supervisor Henry says an alert will only be issued for HSBC if a lot of customers call Quicken about the problem. He is sending a report of the problem to HSBC.
