My payment reminders are always changing to income reminders

This has been going on for a couple of years. I have entered new reminders and deleted the income ones, but they still change. Okay, so I like to round up and overpay my bills each month. But that should not change the reminder for that credit card or bill.

I see previous support item on similar issue and this states "An existing reminder's Bill, Income or Transfer type cannot be changed." Well if I can't change a payment reminder to income reminder, then why does Quicken this it is smarter(??) than me and change it???

I'm guessing … you're getting this effect because you overpay your credit card bill and now there's a credit balance.
Does this problem go away as soon as you have made enough purchases to be back in the red (owe money to the bank)?

BTW, how is your reminder defined? Looking at the "Estimate amount for me" option, is it set to "Current credit card balance"? Or is it set to "Previous payments: last [xx] payments"?

My reminders are set to current credit card balance.

No, it doesn't readjust once I have additional charges, so one I process next payment I need to go back and change to credit. If I miss this, my balance is way off.
