cannot download citicard transactions transactions

QM version 7.9.1. getting error 16503 is this a known issue at present. No issue accessing citi cards via their website

    Citicards failed to download for me on Direct Connect yesterday. Switched it to Quicken Connect and worked fine after the validation process through the Citi website.
