Quicken subscription plan, Windows, R59.18, Build 27.1.59.18
In the past few weeks, with some linked accounts [e.g. Chase credit card, CapitalOne credit card], I will enter a transaction manually in advance of the transaction being available to download. Upon download of the transactions, the manually- entered transactions are deleted. My Quicken data file is at least 15 years old, and I want to maintain a single file if possible, but I have heard that I have to start over with a new [smaller] file to correct the issue. Any suggestions on other fixes?
