What does PayPal cost?

Today I recevied an email from PayPal saying that it had paid an annual subscription that I'd set up a year or two ago. It isn't much, but I thought maybe I should create a new account for PayPal and track what I use it for. So, I started that whole process when Quicken Classic for Windows wants me to set up an online account, etc., etc., etc.

I thought I'd do that, but then I thought what does this cost? I use PayPal once or twice a year. I don't want some fee being charged me, for something I almost never use. So, what does assigning an online account to PayPal in Quicken cost me?
