best way to track unvested lots in a 401(k), Q Mac

Can anyone recommend a good way to track unvested lots? I am using the latest Quicken Classic Deluxe on a Mac.

My 401(k) has two lots for each investment fund, one that is my contribution from my paycheck and one contribution from my employer. The problem is my employer's contribution does not vest for 12 months.

On Fidelity I can see these two lots separately, but in Quicken they are merged since they are purchases of the same fund on the same day. I wish I could assign them separate lots by contributor, since there are situations when I need to track and interact with them separately.

Some considerations:

1. If I were to sell a holding, FIFO, LIFO and the other automatic lot assignments do not work, since they would pull from unvested shares. There is no way to automatically or manually assign all my purchases to separate lots for me and my employer so I can do a transaction only to my vested lots.

2. I can add an "Unvested" Tag to the employer contributions, but I cannot filter on tags (or anything else) in Dashboard or Portfolio views.

3. I could set up two securities for each fund, the regular one and an unvested duplicate, but I'm not allowed to set them both up using the same ticker symbol so prices won't automatically update so values will be wrong.

4. I could split my account into two accounts, vested and unvested, but then I can't see just the two of them separately and totaled in Dashboard or Porfolio. (However, I could see them separately and totaled along with all my other Retirement accounts, so I'm wondering if this is the best approach.)

Any other suggestions?

(Fidelity further complicates the matter since it doesn't support Detailed positions and transactions, so I can't do things like transfer from my paycheck into the account and have it match transactions like I did with Vanguard and others. So I am tracking the above with a manual account that does not download and I have the Fidelity account set up as a Separate Account just to automatically download share prices.)
