Crypto prices not updating

I see discussion from 2023 update prices not updating. But I never saw any resolution. I have crypto XRP for instance listed as ^XRPUSD. None of my crypto prices update. Can someone point me to what I am doing wrong? I have tried all suggestions in the post back from 2023
