Mac Capital Gain Estimator only showing one stock

I have two portfolios through E-Trade/Morgan Stanley. One is an ESPP account from a previous employer, and the other is an ESPP account Restricted Stock portfolio from my current employer. Both show under Investing/Brokerage.

The Capital Gains Estimator only shows the first one and not the second, which has far more shares and is active. How do I fix this?

And in the immortal words of Emily LaTella, "Never mind." I decided to re-import all the E-Trade accounts and BANG, everything is there.

Is one and not the other flagged as a retirement account - segregated in the account list in the left margin? And/or, open the account settings for each and see how they differ. In the CG Estimator, there is a checkmark at the top to include retirement/tax-advantaged accounts (which really makes no sense for capital gains… but it is an option there)… if you check that box, does the other account show up?

No, neither is set as retirement. The one that does work is simply the stock I own and no longer connected to the broker. The other is through ETRADE - Advisor and both have Type:Other. I've attached a redacted screenshot of them.

The weird thing is both are managed through ETrade now and the old one was Morgan Stanley at Work.
