Does anyone else have trouble downloading Transactions from Schwab?

This problem continues ever since Schwab merged with Ameritrade. I've literally spent hours with support but the problem continues. Almost ever month I have tor reauthorize \different accounts on multiple different files. Frequently after authorizing an account and returning to Quicken it shows the wrong account, or it says the account can't be found in Schwab ,or it says Do Not Add to Quicken, etc, etc,

I'm running Windows 11, 64bit, on a new computer but problem persists (had it on the old computer as well.) Quicken appears unable to resolve this problem. Am I the only person with this problem?

    No you aren't alone. This problem with Schwab persist. Go to Edit/Preferences/Mobile & Web. Is Sync Off?

    Yes. It has been off for about a year.
