I've been a Quicken user for 25+ years and haven't asked for support once! Last month, I posted the information below, and it was simply marked as closed. No response or input whatsoever. How can I get an answer about this?!

In short, the "Price Day Change" and "Price Day Change %" get wiped daily, making it impossible to compare investment performance to market performance.

Details:

I perform a One Step Update every day. I like to compare the previous day's Index Day Gain/Loss % to my investments' Day Gain/Loss %. The data for the Price Day Change and Price Day Change % for the indexes (DJI, COMPX, IUX. INX) are all blank each day, going backward. Going to "Update > Historical Prices" updates the index prices, but it only works sometimes and only for one market at a time. If I update another market or perform another One Step Update during the day, the data for the indexes for the previous day are gone again.

How do I prevent the "Price Day Change" and "Price Day Change %" from being wiped out daily? Is this a bug?

I'm on PC v. R59.18. It's always been an issue for as long as I can remember.
