Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Anyone having issues downloading transactions from RBC? I update fairly regularly and this just started today.
I don't get a specific error message. It is a Direct Connect connection.
I do get prompted for OTP, I select text, but never receive the text.
The OFX logs shows "Signon information provided has failed authentication." but I can go direct to their website and sign in, with OTP, with no issues.
Any thoughts?

You posted in "All Things Canadian" yet RBC does not support Direct Connect in Canada. In Canada, RBC only supports Web Connect and Express Web Connect. Are you using Quicken for Canada or USA? Are you banking with RBC in Canada or USA?
