I am reconciling a CITI bank Credit card. It was fully reconciled on 9/19/24.
I am attempting to reconcile my 10/18/24 statement. It reports a $773.73 variance in charges. Payments are correct and charges are correct.
I manually checked CITI statement charges to the Quicken register and ALL are present and checked. Yet it reports the variance.
A visual check of the Quicken CITI register shows no OLD transactions as uncleared.
What is wrong and how do I clear this?
Other Quicken accounts reconcile OK.
