The online backup being offered is only for version that is after the one I have. The update says that the version I have is the latest on. I paid for a service that is not actually available for my version. What is going on?
No hurry really. Just seems to me that Quicken is Quirky to mess with customers in this way…
Thank you for clarifying.
What version do you actually have installed? (click Help / About Quicken). You should be on R 60.14
Did you follow the "Get Started" link in the dialog which usually starts a backup process (press CTRL-B)
AFAIK, you need to register for the Online Backup process and carefully follow instructions before you can begin using it.
I have R59.35. The ere is apparently no update when I check for updates. Says that "You already have the latest version.) Using Windows 11.
If you're in a hurry to update, please go to https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to download and install the Manual Patch file for R 60.14. It's been made available there already.
