Register screen scrolls up instead of down when saving a transaction

I am using Quicken Classic Premier, R 60.14, Build 27.1.60.14, and just upgraded to a Windows 11 PC.

I process downloaded transactions one by one, manually. The first time I downloaded transactions in the new environment, I had a lot of transactions for several investment accounts. Normally, Quicken scrolls down to the next unaccepted transaction. This time, after the first 4 or so that fit on the downloaded transaction screen, it went back to the top, so I had to scroll down for each new transaction to process. This did not happen in the old environment.

Is this a setting in Quicken that I can fix? (I did try googling but found nothing that fit.) Any ideas as to what to do?

Thanks.

You're working with the Downloaded Transactions Tab, aren't you?

The window is rather small. I only have about 5 lines of transactions showing in the Tab area.
What helps me keep things a little more orderly while processing transactions one after the other is to turn on the "Hide accepted" function. There should be a button you can click … this does remove already accepted transactions from the view and makes it easier to go to the next unaccepted transaction without extra scrolling.

OK, thanks. I'll try that. But it worked just fine prior to this - it scrolled down itself, automatically😒

Seems like sometimes the scrolling works (as it did for one account), and sometimes it doesn't (in another account). All this is in the investment transactions). And initially I saw the "hide accepted" button, but not today!

Maybe there's a setting that needs to be set? Although why it stopped working, and only seems to partially work, is still beyond me.

The transaction sort order for Investment Account registers is controlled for all of them by one setting: Edit / Preferences / Investments: Sort choice

The transaction sort order for Banking Account registers is controlled individually for each account by the chosen sort order, either by clicking the Date column header or by choosing one of the Sorting Options from the register's Actions gear icon.
An investment account register's Linked Cash/Checking account register is treated as if it was a banking account register and can sort independently of the setting for investment account registers.

Which of the above applies to the account you're having issues with?

I have a similar problem with the latest update. The first few transactions go to the next transaction after being accepted (scrolls down), but then it starts going back to the top of the list after every accepted transaction. I also cannot find the "hide accepted" option. Where can I find that?

I'm having an issue with the downloaded transactions in an investment account. I process them one by one - I don't let Quicken handle them automatically. There are about 4-5 transactions which can be seen in the window, and then it always scrolled to the next automatically once I processed the initial transactions that were seen. But now, for some, it goes back to the top of the list (the first one I processed) and for others, it goes to the next unprocessed one, like it always used to do.

@AJD11191 Are you still encountering the problem? I certainly am… And the "hide accepted" option seems to be on the cash transactions, not the investment side.
