Is there a way to disable "No payment required" popup dialogue after credit card reconcile?

I download new transactions, which includes my payment on the balance. I reconcile. The balance then becomes "$0.00", and then the utterly useless "No payment required" dialogue pops up, helpfully informing me that my $0.00 balance means no payment is required.

This is drop-dead useless. Is there any way to disable it?
