New York 529 College Savings CC-501 error trying to add account

This has been discussed before (in now-closed threads), and it's still broken. I am unable to add my 529 accounts from nysaves.org. Previous threads have laid the blame at NYSaves, but I have the accounts added to the Empower (formerly Personal Capital) app, and it works fine (even picked up my recent contributions), so I think it's a problem on the Quicken end. Has anyone EVER gotten this to work on Quicken? How can we get this investigated?

As far as I have seen. NY 529 does NOT work with Quicken windows.

And yet, they have it in their list of financial institutions. Doesn't that mean that it SHOULD work?

You would think so but not exactly.

The best guess is that certain banking accounts can work but not investment accounts at this time.
