Since 12-29-2024 I have been having several issues with my Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows. I was patiently awaiting an update in hopes that the issues would be resolved but after the update today it seems that things have gotten worse.

Issue #1 - For my First Internet Bank of Indiana accounts, I run the update and it downloads transactions. I accept the new ones and match the existing ones and reconcile the account. When I run the update the next day, all of the transactions have disappeared and are showing again as new and match in the download register. This has happened every day since 12-29-2024. I reset the accounts this morning, shut down Quicken, restarted Quicken, ran the update again and the same thing happened. I also tried saving a backing and validating the file. Same thing happened again.

Issue #2 - This is happening for all accounts. I clear the download register but the red flag indicating that there is a download register to review does not go away.

Issue #3 - My Bills, Income & Transfers tab is completely blank. The filters are not showing and none of the reminders are showing.

    I was thrilled to see an update today (4 Jan 2025). Wow….so important to do backups on multiple sites. What a disaster….totally messed up my register and showed transactions for next month I hadn't even paid which ara no longer being paid via quicken online bill pay…..I am done with Quicken bill pay or any further attempts to connect with my bank via Quicken. It's just as easy to do it all manually and enter transactions by referencing my bank directly and using my Banks well designed bill pay. I know I am just one of so many who are sad to see Quicken go down the tubes. It has now been over a month with no return to a working program. Quicken as we knew it no longer exists, but is just part of a holding company. Oh well…..welcome to the world of holding companies.
