Regions Bank Not Updating

Has Quicken fixed the issue with not being able to download transactions from Regions bank?

If yes, what version of Quicken has the fix for it? Do I need to use Web Connect or Direct Connect for Regions?

I have had major issues with Quicken for nearly two months and found a work around by rolling back to an older version of Quicken R55.12, then the Regions connection broke.
