Chase accounts randomly picking accounts to show payment from
I have 7 chase accounts (bank and credit cards) and when a payment is made, it picks another random Chase account as to where the payment came from and shows it as a transfer from that account. This means that every time a payment is made to one of my accounts, it changes the balance in the randomly picked account to a wrong value. I have to then, manually, go into that account and find out which account was paid, and change it. This has been happening for many months. Is anyone else having this issue?

However you make actual payment to your credit cards (Auto Pay, Bank Bill Pay, mailed paper check, etc.), in Quicken, when you do so, I recommend you immediately post a correctly categorized Transfer transaction from Checking to the desired credit card account register.
Set up and use Scheduled Reminders to help with these tasks.
Do not wait for the accounts to download transactions containing these transfers. Especially if you pay the same amount to several different cards, Quicken will not be able to correctly create the matching transfer transaction pairs.
Record your payment transfers in Quicken BEFORE you download transactions containing these transfer confirmations and Quicken will be able to simply match the downloaded data to the already existing register transactions and not cause any problems (I hope).0
