Unable to run QHI using Windows 11 version 23H2

I know that Quicken no longer supports QHI (Quicken Home Inventory) but I want to find out if any users are able to find a workaround to get it to work using Windows 11. I have tried all the suggestions posted on this community forum and so far nothing works. I am able to get QHI to run but I don't have the ability to add, edit or delete items on my home inventory. It stopped working when I got a new HP laptop computer a couple of years ago and see that Quicken recently fix the software so that the link to QHI works. I am using Quicken Premier Window 11 Home version R60.20. Thanks.
