No TWAIN scanner sources with Windows 11

Using R60.20.

Since I moved to a new HP ENVY TE01-5xxx PC with Windows 11, the only scanner sources for attachments are WIA, no TWAIN. My preferred source is VueScan TWAIN. I've tried validating, super validating, resetting Quicken printer settings, checking cables, and reinstalling scanning software, but no luck.

I also loaded Quicken on my HP Elitebook Win 11 laptop. Doesn't work there either.

My HP Smart Tank 7602 scans just fine outside of Quicken. And my previous homebuilt Win10 PC still works fine within Quicken.

Any advice?
