Separate accounts for different tenants' security deposits

By default, Quicken lumps all security deposits into one account called "Security Deposit Liability". I keep different tenants' security deposits in separate savings accounts (required by law in Massachusetts and some other states, but many landlords do it even where it's not required). It would be great if there was a way to record that properly in Quicken. It would also allow to keep track of the accrued interest on the security deposits (which has to be paid to tenants.)
