Amex not download transactions

Is there an issue with Amex credit cards (both personal and business) not downloading transactions? Last date of downloads for me is 1/28/05. No errors reported in either OSU or "update now" for the specific accounts. Nothing's changed on my end (ie, no Quicken Updates, no adding/deleting Amex accounts, etc.)

    Mine have been downloading fine (personal only).

    Have you tried "resetting" it?

    The "usual" fix when this happens sporadically (Quicken has become very unreliable in this regard the past 2 years), is to deactivate and reactivate (resetting makes things much worse, IMO, although sometimes is necessary). I have no idea why Quicken randomly does this, it's just very annoying.
