MiscExp shows up with downloaded investment accounts

The transaction with a MiscExp category appears without any funds, usually two entries

, whenever an actual transaction is downloaded. It also has a small window pop up with "invalid date'. Why does this occur? I usually have to delete each one of these entries

Can you give us some additional information, so that we can try to help you?

What is the name of the financial institution (likely a brokerage firm, mutual fund, or similar institution)? Is this new behavior? If not for how long have you seen this? Also, is this happening for only one of your holdings (i.e. the Bloomberg Spider) or does it appear for other holdings? If you go online to your account, are you also seeing these transactions?
