Why aren't the online distributed versions of Quicken for Windows the same version

as the availability for down load? My software was updated to R61.16 on 2/5/2025. On 2/6/2025 I downloaded an install file to install on new computer. I when to reload the R61.16 and things got corrupted. Check and the new version on the website was R60.15????? Your own backup and restore funcutionalitysay NOT to use different versions doing a backup and restore. Yet you don't keep them in sync and you don't disclose the version prior to download and install. THis is awful version management.
