Windows Quicken split transaction incorrectly imported

Just wanted to give my resolution to this issue, see title "Windows Quicken split transaction incorrectly imported"
After playing with several qif input option I found out that
- Quicken will import split transaction to a new quicken file correctly
- Regarding my existing file I found out that if I shorten the categories, for example instead of importing qif with "14097:rent:acct101" as category, I import "14097", Quicken imports the file correctly and later on i update it manually to reflect the actual category
- Below is my previous qif file
Here is an example of my generated qif - in this example I process csv payment file to qif
