Quicken business - AirBNB/VRBO

Anyone use quicken business for short term rentals? Is it worth the extra cost for it? I only have 2 short term rentals that I started doing. Currently using premier. It lets me have all the categories for schedule E and I can tag the transactions with the different rentals. I get my schedule E showing up on the tax schedule report. Does the Business edition offer something i'm missing? I don't have leases or deposits to track or tenants, since all that is managed through vrbo and airbnb apps.
