Quicken for Mac & Vanguard

Having the same frustrating error message when attempting attempting to update my Vanguard accounts for the last week. Is this a Q issue or a V issue? Or is it a finger-pointing debate?

It's a Vanguard issue (or at least, it's an issue with the third party provider that Vanguard uses for this service). What was the point of starting a new thread on this when there is already a fairly busy one you could participate in?
