Bills and income tab Application Freezing

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

Been consistently experiencing the application freezing every time I click the bills and income tab. Ran all the diagnosis / repair /validate tools. reinstalled the application on a brand-new HP Spectre laptop, and the issue continues. downloaded the maunal update as well. Have read all the others on the community hompage with the same issue. Is there a fix to this issue that I haven't trued yet?

    The HP may be new to you, but is it up to date with the latest BIOS and Windows OS updates? I'd verify that first. Next, I'd try changing the screen resolution to see if that resolves the issue.

    Yes HP has all the latest Win Updates and HPBios updates. My resolution is a bit high, however it’s at the recommended setting.
    is there a resolution that you would recommend for this application?

    High Screen resolution may require trying the override mentioned here:

    Font size in register labels — Quicken

    If that doesn't help, have you tried Validating AND Supervalidating your Quicken data file?

    Hello Yes to validate and Super validate. also lowered my resoultion freezing issue still presents when cicking into Bills and Income. I can read many others having the exact same issue. Will Quicken develop a fix?
