Linking Multiple Items

I'd like to be able to link/categorize an item in two places. For example, I created an "organ donor" entity in "Medical" that I'd also like to be seen inside "After I'm Gone" so that it's seen. I don't see a way to do that without duplicating the entry manually - which seems wrong. Is this possible?
