Security Holdings Does Not Reflect All Securities

Account is my primary TIAA Brokerage Account. When I am in the Register view and click on HOLDINGS button, a security is not listed even though I can find transactions for that security. The missing security can be found in the overall security list. In addition, this security is show on the TIAA website.

Any suggestions?
