Merrill Lynch OneStep Update Not sticky

Periodically this stops working with error message in red 'An error has occurred'.
When you log into ML web-portal, you get redirected to see attached screenshot.
Next, you click on OK to get the following screen.
If you try OneStep download it works - for indeterminate time until it stops working.
Has anyone seen this? I have tried resetting the quicken account multiple times. I have also logged a complaint with ML but no response - they don't have concept of tech-support for their website or app or such connectivity issues - you have to talk to broker who may not convey your message(s). Curiously, this does not happen with other brokerage(s).
