Invoicing doesn't auto populate Bill to & Ship to addresses (Version R60.18 Build 27.1.60.18

I have a problem where one of my computers (desktop) accessing my data file (stored on onedrive) where when invoicing, it will not auto populate addresses. When I access the file via another computer (laptop), it works just fine. This never used to be a problem on the desktop computer until one of the recent updates.
I have explored the discussion groups on this problem, and all my settings are consistent with what they should be. Both computers have identical settings (this was double checked), and the same version and build number.
